2023年以來，北新涇監獄深入推進“評管矯”一體化建設，以“話劇、非遺、書畫”為矯治項目，逐步形成融合“新境”劇社、“新境”非遺工坊和“新境”書畫社的“新境”藝術改造團隊。2024年，“新境”藝術改造團隊獲得上海市監獄管理局“十佳紅燭團隊”稱號。下面，讓我們一起走近“新境”藝術改造團隊，感受藝術矯治的魅力。

“新境”劇社是上海市北新涇監獄與上海話劇藝術中心十多年的探索成果，2024年5月28日正式揭牌。

“新境”劇社通過戲劇表演等形式，激發服刑罪犯自主性創造，鼓勵他們通過戲劇空間“看見自己，看見他人，看見世界”，以戲劇藝術滋潤心靈，提升“心境”，取得“新進”步，達到“新境”界，找到未來改造“新徑”途。

“新境”非遺工坊

“新境”非遺工坊開展以核雕、硯雕、竹刻、鉤針編結、蛋殼畫、盤扣等非遺項目為載體的罪犯藝術矯治。矯治項目均為國家級非物質文化遺產。

核雕
核雕，將桃核、杏核、橄欖核等果核材料雕刻成工藝品。

嘉定竹刻
嘉定竹刻，是上海市嘉定區傳統美術，具有較大的社會影響力。
硯雕

硯雕，監獄邀請非遺傳承人李鐵民開展教學，其風格承襲海派傳統，兼蓄京、粵、徽、吳門等各流派的特長。

蛋殼畫
蛋殼畫，以禽蛋的外殼為畫布，通過繪畫和雕刻等技藝創作出各種圖案和形象。

葫蘆刻
針刻葫蘆，采用特地選育的小葫蘆品種，以針代筆，描繪出人物、山水、花卉等。
木雕

木雕，可分為立體圓雕、根雕、浮雕三大類。

“新境”非遺工坊
收獲眾多獎項
“新境”非遺工坊創作的核雕《尋龍珠》榮獲“非創杯”文創大賽最佳創意獎，硯雕《坐看云起》榮獲“申香杯”設計大賽金獎，鉤針編織“大花束”榮獲第三屆國潮文創設計大賽“最佳產品獎”等眾多獎項。
罪犯在制作非遺產品的過程中，雕琢心魔、刻除劣根，進而編織綺夢、繪就新生。

“新境”書畫社成立以來，堅持“以文化人、以文育人、以文塑人”，彰顯文化矯治功能，用心用情做好教育改造工作。
